I have amd a4 5300 and im going to buy a FX-777A-ZNF4

I just wonder, will i be able to play GTA V and roughy what settings / fps ?

you could play gta5 but at 1080p its going to have to be at a mixture of medium and low settings. gta5 scales pretty good and even at the lowest possible settings at 1080p it is still going to offer a better experience than the ps3 or 360. the original xbox one has a gpu that is roughly equivalent to an hd7790 so your a4+7770 combination will still offer performance closer to the xb1 than it would be to the 360.
