CPU benchmark so low? please help :(

Hello guys so recently my games were getting low fps so i decided to benchmark my cpu using cpu-z. The results were very low compared to what i had gotten few months ago. Other i5-6600k cpu's have way better scores than mine. What do you think the issue can be? And also, my temps are fine, 45 C max when gaming. Please help me thanks !

It was set to balanced but i changed it to performance and it gave me the same results in the benchmark as before.

and also, I get the same fps i got on other games such as assasins creed 4, metro last light, and witcher. It's just CSGO thats bringing my fps down to 150 and almost 100% cpu usage.. Do you know why this is?
