So I decided to flash my bios recently since my new e8500 requires bios update and I ran into some problems...So first things first-I have an old asus p5s mx-se motherboard which has ami manafacturer of bios.So I've downloaded AFUDOS and tried to run some backup commands.But my luck never changes so I encountered error ''bios doesn't support afu''.So can somebody expain it to me how I'm supposed to flash bios then?Also tried finding some option in bios menu but without luck:-(Suppousedly there is some ancient version of EZ flasher included with MB,which is started when you press ctrl+alt+f2,but when I press the keys my screen just goes black and freezes.This is my first flashing so I wouldn't want to try some really serious stuff and bust my MB ,at least not until I get more experience...Do you have any advice/suggestion?

C**p,I forgot to look for compability.I thought it won't matter that much.Well I guess that will teach me a lesson.But things aside,if I wanted to update bios anyway how would I do it with all this problems?
