I'm probably not posting in the correct forum section, but here it is anyways.
Less than 2 days ago I started to notice that every time I open a new tab, my mouse stutters and the page takes longer than usual to open. Today, after I got back from work, I was watching netflix in my browser and when I opened a new tab, the stream lagged like my internet was from 2001.
It's like I have 100 tabs open either, it will happen with two tabs open.
I checked for a virus. Nothing
I checked for malware. Nothing
I restarted router. Nothing
Cleared cache. Nothing
I thought it might be a hardware issue, but I have no idea what to check.
I'll make a list of my specs/software below.
