I want to stream mainly call of duty at 1080P, 60FPS.

Specs:
- MSI Z170A Gaming M7 MotherBoard (OC to 4.5Ghz)
- i7 6700K
- 16 GB DDR4 3000Mhz RAM
- 750W superNova Platinum Power Supply
- 4K Monitor

** EVEN THOUGH IM RUNNING WINDOWS AT 4K, I WILL BE GAMING AT 1080P MAX SETTINGS**

-- Looking to get GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G:
for Gaming, Streaming, and recording almost all at the same time.

Will this card be good enough and if not, what should I go for.
I would like to keep the price under $550, $600 ABSOLUTE TOPS. But all suggestions are welcome. Really trying to not spend too much more money, but if it's necassary then I guess I have no choice.

THANKS FOR THE HELP

Solution
streaming and recording are cpu heavy tasks, which is no problem for your cpu.
with other words:

you will see NO difference between gaming and gaming and recording or streaming.
the gtx 1060 6gb would be enough but if you want to crank every little detail to the max (in 1080p)the 1070 indeed is perfect.
