All graphic cards that are PCIe3 are supported by all motherboards that have PCIe3 slots, and virtually all those that have PCIe2 slots (at MAYBE reduced performance).
Check the manual to be sure you insert the graphic card in the right slot, most motherboards have a primary PCIe3 slot.
The specific card you mentionned has 7 slots, 3 PCIe*16, and the one you want to use is the PCIe*16 slot closest to the CPU, or the second closest slot closest to the CPU (there's a smaller non PCIe*16 slot above it).
