Solution
A little close to $1300. It depends on how you will be gaming. I suppose you can make some substitutions. White is not a cheap color to make as you can tell.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($329.44 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG C7 40.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($29.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z170M-E D3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($119.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury White 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($90.10 @ Jet)
Storage: Samsung 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($74.99 @ Dell Small Business)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5"...
Well the cases are going to be easy to configure, just need to pick one. I suggest the NZXT S340. Also, go with the i7-6700K for streaming and editing as it will be a lot smoother. Give me a second, and I will help you with the parts. Do you need a monitor too? What resolution will you be playing at?

I thought you said black and white. But I recommend getting the NZXT Hue+ for LEDs. IT's $60 but it's so worth it. Just change out the parts in that build and you will get your black theme.
