GPU or Internet?

I am freezing every once in while in H1Z1 KOTK. I will just freeze for around 10-15 seconds. I just got a new GPU (gtx 1050), but my internet has also gotten buggy and slow recently so I am not sure what the problem is. I will provide any additional info needed. Thanks!

if it an older pc make sure the mb has the newest bios file to rule out a bios bug. also make sure the mb has the newest intel or amd chipset drivers. for the internet issues run malware bytes and hitman pro make sure the system is clean. use hdtune check your hard drive for any issues. if your main drive is a hard drive if it stalls it can lock up games.
