CPU: i5 4690K
GPU: MSI R9 380 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
MOBO: Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5
RAM: 16GB
Problem:
So basically when I go to AMD Wattman, I noticed that there are some features missing such as temperature controls, partial fan controls, etc. I have the new ReLive (16.21.1) Crimson drivers installed, which supposedly adds support for the R9 300 series cards for Wattman.
This is what mine looks like:

As you can see, target fan settings, temperature controls, as well as the useful min. acoustic limit settings are completely missing. Does anybody else have this problem?
