I just recently installed a new graphics card, motherboard and power supply. When I went to turn on my computer all my leds, fans, and the heat sink turned on but my keyboard, mouse don't work, and my monitor doesn't get any input from my graphics card
( saphire r9 fury) I have the minimum of 750 watts. I even took it to geek squad and they said my os easy corrupt and that I had to do a hard drive whipe, but when I got home my computer didn't work even though they somehow turned it on and got into the bios.

Solution
From what I can find on the MSI forums, this code 99 typically means the motherboard is dead and needs to be replaced. The code is usually seen when the board has either experienced a power surge, or was short circuited. I suggest you try resetting the CMOS to see if that helps by unplugging your power cable from the PSU, pulling the CMOS battery off of the motherboard, then holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. Once you've done this, reinstall the battery, plug the power cord back in, and try to boot. If it still won't work, you'll need to replace the board; if the warranty is still valid, you should be able to get a replacement by following the RMA process from either the place you purchased the motherboard, or MSI...

what make/model power supply is it?

If they hadn't powered it up at shop I would say PSU doesn't supply enough power for USB devices and the monitor... but they got it to work.

DO you use a power surge protector at home? What is PC plugged into? Perhaps try another outlet

Power supply is an evga 750 watt g2 supernova, I don't use a surge protector, I tried another outlet and my keyboard turned on and my monitor had some input ( there was 99 in the bottom right hand corner) but mouse didn't work.
