Solution
It is an average price, but the build itself is a bit out of balance.

It has a Z-series board that can SLI, but has a GPU that can't. Faster RAM and a processor that can overclock don't really do much for gaming performance either with just a GTX 1060. More balanced would be this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($191.91 @ Jet)
Motherboard: ASRock B150M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($59.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.78 @ OutletPC)...

And if you had $60 more, a SSD would be a great addition to put the OS on.
