The MSI BIOS version 1.5 was released and needed to support the next generation processors. I upgraded this swap and enabled Windows 10 from the BIOS settings. So when I did this, the settings took the form of the UEFI + LEGACY to UEFI, and at this point the BIOS started to freeze if i try to save and exit or M-FLASH. If you look at the site MSI pulled bios 1.5 version back and released 1.6, you will see like 1.4 + 1.5 (none) + 1.6. I installed 1.6 and tought MSI solved this problem, but once again if i take the setting from UEFI+Legacy to UEFI start to again Save and exit or M-flash freeze, then i downgrade to 1.4 again and all works fine. Is this software BIOS version problem? Or is there a fault in my board?

Solution
The version 1.6 should work for disclosed new intel's code name kaby-lake X and skylake X.
MSI warning
DON'T FLASH WHEN YOUR SYSTEM IS RUNNING FINE!!!!
DON'T FLASH IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!

I guess MSI forgot to mentioned that 1.6 version is for CPU other than skylake

Replied by Gi****te customer service, blablablabla...nothing make sense so I sent second email, their reply was exactly bla bala balabala....
Have you try all USB ports or different USB stick?

    ■ Unplug power cord, remove motherboard battery, push and hold case's power button for 5 sec to wipe fail CMOS data, wait 15 min, push and hold case's power button for 5 sec, wait 15 min. The idea is to completely drain capacitors so that BIOS circuity load the factory setting values
    ■ Reinstate battery, install the next gen processor , turn on, enter BIOS, set time and date, select utilities > M Flash > version 1.6, wait until finish and reboot.
    ■ If freezing occurred on all USB ports (while other USB device works fine), try different stick.

Actually i dont have next gen processor and never tryed.

My Specs:

Motherboard: Msi Gaming Pro Carbon (Bios 1.4)
GPU:Msi Armory 1070
CPU: Intel i7 6700K Skylake
Ram:Kingston Savage 8GB 2133Mhz
OS: Win 10 64x

My point is this situation leads to motherboard faulty or complicated software problem?
