Not At All Dude! The i7 4790 can Hold Even Gtx 1080 Very Good! So No problem Man! The i7 4790 Is a 4th generations haswell cpu which is very powerfull . the i3 4th generations Even will not bottleneck that gpu. so i hope u realize well
