PC keeps crashing

Hello,

Recently my computer has been starting to crash every so and then. I was wondering what could cause this?

Crashing how, BSODs or shutting down or freezing ? Usual causes are overheating and power troubles. BSODs can also be caused by drivers or OS itself so a way a problem is manifesting can tell you a lot about the cause.

It just freezes every now and then, I was just playing a game and it froze twice in less than an hour.

Could still be from those causes, also should check memory and disk(s) too.
