So i got a Nzxt Grid+ v2 today because i wanted to control my noisy fans and make them quieter. I plugged my 4 fans in, plugged the USB cable to the motherboard and plugged the molex cable into the power supply. I then downloaded the Cam software. I went to the tuning tab and selected my first fan, i selected silent mode. The 'save changes' box was greyed out and i couldn't click it. This is the same for all the other fans. However when i click the 'select all fans' button the 'save changes' button is green but when i press it nothing seems to happen, my fans are still the same speed. Any help? (The fans im trying to control are the stock NZXT h440 fans)

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if the issue is averted. In the meantime, make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date while the chipset/USB drivers are up to date. It's been known for a while that either the first installation of CAM doesn't go according to plan and a reboot often takes care of it or it needs to be removed before reinstalled to work in an orderly fashion.

If you own the NZXT H440, is it the V2 version which came with a fan hub(not the Grid+ V2)? You'd have found more fruition by getting this instead of the Grid+ V2.
