Molex connector to Mobo 4-pin case fan header

My Rosewill Rise case has a fan hub/header connected to three intake fans and a low, smart, and high speed switch. The only lead from the fan hub ends in a three pin molex connector. I have this molex connector plugged to the PSU. The fans run in low or high, but not with the switch in the S position. The ASRock B150M PRO4V Mobo I'm using has a 4-pin case fan header. Is there a way to wire the molex connector to the Mobo header to take advantage of the speed control provided by the Mobo and the fan switch on the case?

It'd be best if you could forgo the fan controller and just get this PWM fan splitter cable and hook up the fans and your CPU cooler to it or simply have it connected to any other haeader that can regulate fan speeds/voltages.

The advantage you get out of the cable is that you can drop in any fan regardless of power draw since it's powered by the PSU but the signal comes from your motherboard. Just to be on the safe side, can you lay out your full system's specs and the fans you're using?
