Can I use a wired 5ghz internet(from a router) on a device that only supports 2.4GHZ Wirelessly. I really need 5GHZ for video streaming for my XboxOne to stream it's video my windows 10 PC(that doesn't support802.11a/802.11.ac)

Solution
As you said, the 5G network is the one with 5GHz that only the 5GHz enabled adapters will be able to see.
I don't know how where to find prices in Australia, but I got one from TP-LINK (which aren't the best, but really great price/performance ratio). Check if it support the 5GHz band (and if you have an AC Router, get an AC one, they cost from about 40-50 USD).
Regards

What do you mean by wired? Can you explain the situation a bit better as I can't really make out what you are asking.

I suppose that you mean that the router provided from your ISP has 5ghz wifi. Am I correct? (there is no 5GHz wired)
If so, yes, normally the 5ghz routers also have 2.4ghz in order to support 802.11b/g that only works on 2.4GHz. You should see 2 wireless networks, one for the 2.4Ghz and one for the 5Ghz (you wont see the 5ghz network if you are trying to connect using the older device). You should check in the router configuration in order to set it up correctly.

My apologies, I'm new to this kind of stuff. My windows 10 computer doesn't support wifi that's 5GHZ and only supports 2.4GHZ which is absolute crap for streaming. So is there any other way to use 5GHZ on a unsupported pc without having to buy another WiFi adapter.

EDIT: On a device that supports 5GHZ,there are two WiFi networks for me. Telstra**** and Telstra****-5G. I know that the 5G is the one but my PC doesnt see it. My Xbox One is compatible.

You need a 5 ghz adapter no way around it.
