i was going to h110 motherborad but it dont have RAID Feature , how this Feature work ?
cuz my build have 1 ssd and 1 hd
ssd=250gb
hd=1Tb
and is it effect to game play ?
A typical consumer RAID array requires two or more identical hard disk drives to work. A consumer RAID array can also be created with two or more identical solid state drives. You do not have two identical drives.
Originally RAID arrays were developed to improve hard disk drive performance. It is an old technology. Modern ssd's are fast so a RAID array is not really needed. RAID arrays are not necessary for gaming.
You don't have the storage devices necessary for RAID. I don't recommend using RAID in most cases on a desktop PC. USB drive and backup software is better than RAID for protecting data.

cuz i was think to go h170 mobo with RAID Featur , so its not important ??
The storage hardware you have, one SSD and one HDD is not enough hardware to do ANYTHING with RAID. You need two or more of the same thing. For you, RAID means nothing. Don't get hung up on features you don't need and will probably never use.

Nope, not important. Raid works with identical (or as identical as you can get.) drives and copies data to all the drives. Or splits the data between them or increased performance. It's used when you need a machine to have "five nines" of uptime. (99.999% uptime.) Normal home users really have no need for RAID.
