the pc doesn't boot after seat the new rams

after i upgrde cpu and motherboard and ram , the pc does't boot when i seat the 2 piece of rams .. when i seat 1 piece its fine and work perdecylt but when i seat the 2 piece its work for 10 sec with black screne and turn of then turn on and turn off Etc ...

What to do now?

1 piece of rams ( work )
2piece of ram ( doesn't work )

According to the manual, that is a reserved code. Even with the indicator showing C1, will the system boot and recognize all memory?

how i can update the bios ?

yes .. every single piece of ram work on the 2 ram slots on the right ( 1 black and 1 red )

i updated the bios but same problem is Still exist :( :( :(

i tried to seat 1 stick in all slots.. only the 2 slots on right work fine .. then i Put the 2 sticks near each other in right 2 slots there is work !!!

will show fault C1 on LED display on motherboard.
