Hello, I am having a few issues with my PC after re-installing Windows7.
When I log into one of my users it will always result in a short black blink of the full screen (only happens when logging in), which worries me since I am finding that this could be due to GPU issues. I find this however hard to believe because I never had this issue before re-installing my windows.
Since re-installing windows I also have issues with phantom images after closing a program. For example when I open Skype and then log into a game, I will notice a black square in the middle of my game screen the size of the skype box as if the program is trying to get in front of the game so to say. When I close skype or the game then a phantom image remains on my background as if the program is still running, while its closed. This issue happens with all program, not only skype and the game.
Does anyone know what the issue could be? I am scared that if I just re-install windows again the issue will remain.
