I need help to learn how to overclock my CPU and GPU can anyone help.

I need some help to overclock my computers CPU and GPU as I have never done it before and all the tutorials on youtube dont really help.

CPU=AMD 7700K
Motherboard=Gigabyte f2a88xn
GPU= Gigabyte GTX 1060 3gb
PSU=Corsair rmi750
Case= Corsair air 240
CPU cooler= Corsair h105
Case cooling= 4 corsair fans
Ram= Hyper Kingston 16gb
Hard drive= 1tb wd

For the GPU you don't need to do much anything because GeForce 1000-series cards have an automatic overclock of sorts that is so close to manual overclocking that doing it yourself won't offer any tangible benefit. The only way to actually get more out of your card is to either create a custom fan curve (you can do this using MSI Afterburner) to make the card run cooler, or raise the temperature limits for your card (also done in programs like Afterburner or Gigabyte's equivalent).

CPU overclocking is done in the UEFI (BIOS). This is basically a process of increasing your CPU's clock multiplier, checking to see if it's stable (there's a number of benchmarks and/or stress tests that do this), and if it's not stable, raising the core...
