Is the PSU or the GPU the problem?

Hello every time I play any intensive game(Overwatch, GTA V) my computer restarts. I'm not sure if its my power supply or, graphics card. I have had some problems with my graphics card before (artifacts when playing intensive games). Should I buy a new power supply or a new graphics card?
My part list
OS: Windows 8.1
Cpu: i5 4570 (stock cooler)
Ram: 16 gb of ram
MotherBoard: MSI Z87 G43
GPU: Xfx r9 280
Power Supply: Cosair CX600
Any help is greatly appreciated !

Does your pc restart as soon as you load up the game or does the game work for a while? And by restart do you mean it crashes then starts up again.

The game loads and I can play it for a minute or so before it restarts.

try using your integrated graphics, if it still turns off then that means your psu might the issue.
