Recently I bought a motherboard and processor combo off of eBay, the seller has told me that he had none of the issues I've been having before he sent it to me. The issues are with the bios of this motherboard, I've tried a lot of things and believe that replacing the bios chip is my only solution. When I type in my CPU multiplier within OC Tweaker in the BIOS it cannot be above 39 or below 16, and it gives me a message in the lower right hand corner of the screen that says "Invalid input, auto adjusted!" So it appears there is a limit on my k processor. Also, under the Advanced\CPU Configuration tab it says Max CPU speed 3500Mhz Min CPU Speed 1600Mhz, I've tried rolling back my bios to 2.10, I took the battery out for about like 45 minutes or so idk maybe I should do an all nighter I probably won't do it unless someone tells me to, and what else do I do to make sure there's no flow of electricity or whatever? I thought I just switch the power supply to off, unplug it and remove the battery, I don't really feel like completely unplugging everything so that is what I'm asking about. Oh and the clear cmos little pin thing on the board that connects two pins I forgot the name of it.

The second issue with the board that I'm having is it's not recognizing my second EVGA GTX 980 SC+ ACX 2.0 graphics card, like even when I go to system browser on the main tab of my bios it only shows my first card running at 16x in the first PCIe slot. And yes I am sure everything is plugged in and that the card IS functional. I believe that this issue is also a bios issue and not a problem with the slot itself, but I could be wrong

PLEASE HELP!!!

I just want to get it working for what I have, hopefully if I just replace the chips it should work again, 3770k with my setup is a beast. I just upgraded my board and processor from a sabertooth 990fx r1.01 and AMD FX 6100 so it's honestly a huge upgrade

Yeah he did say he would return it but I told him even as is it's still a great deal I mean I was going to buy a 3770k alone for $227 so I really only paid $13 more and once I replace the bios chip which will only cost like $15 for the chip and the tool, it's still going to be totally worth it if the CPU doesn't have issues.

Because I mean that will at least fix the overclocking issue, I have an i3 2120 I could throw in it eventually or something and buy a new board if the second PCIe slot still doesn't work, I'll just throw a single card in there
