As the title says.
Previously i bought 2x8GB RAM for the upgrade, from the official site of my motherboard manufacturer it says it can handle max 16GB and 1333Mhz and the 2 sticks were exactly that yet it started beeping like crazy even after i inserted the old RAM in the exact same slots.
the IT guy i usually go to even tried his hand on the new and old RAM sticks but it simply wouldn't work anymore and it had to be reset through software(?)
he also though it was 2x16GB since it says so on the label but i looked the entire product key up and he found the wrong product it was infact 2x8GB and i sold it to another man that tried it on the spot and both sticks worked perfectly fine for him.

now through the crucial website they scan your system and recommend RAM sticks for you and here is what they find(atleast caught my eye) i'll also provide the info of my motherboard/bios/current RAM sticks through speccy.

i would appreciate it if anyone with the knowledge could help me decide if this would work or not.

It's because you bought a DDR3L kit of RAM, it works at a lower voltage than standard DDR3 memory. This is more in line with what you wanted.https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Ballistix-PC3-12800-240-Pin-BLS2KIT8G3D1609DS1S00/dp/B006YG9EEW/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1481413968&sr=1-3&keywords=ddr3+1600
