Im trying to plan out a build with this case and want to set up 2 dual 120mm rads in the front and front side like in the image below:

But im not sure how thick i can go without having the rads interfere with each other? is 45mm too much?

Solution
30mm rads will be the safe working zone for you in that case since 45mm rads will definitely interfere. On the other side, the bottom 360mm rad is of 60mm thicknes so if you did a proportional calculation the front and side mounted rads are 30mm thick.

Example given:
Alphacool ST30
Just be sure to select 240mm versions instead of 280mm.

FYI the fans used in the illustration are 25mm thick. If you're very unsure, you can buy the case and the bottom 360mm radiator an then with the help of some scissors, cardboard and tape, you can do some mock up work inside the case after removing the screws from the bottom panels.

I have the same case a bought a alpha cool monsta 360 for the bottom a 480 on top and a 240 xt45 for the front it they all fit.. the 240 on the front was a tight squeeze but it worked.
