I just got myself a new MSI GTX 1070 a few days ago and I installed it in my PC. It's an upgrade from my MSI GTX 760.

The problem is that whenever my PC gets under some load: Benchmarks or Gaming for about an hour it will just Turn off all of a sudden almost like somebody pulled the plug and then It start back up again immediatly.
I monitored my temps already, noting crazy going on there (everything stays below 62 degrees Celcius).

These are my specs:
CPU i7-4770
GPU MSI Gaming X GTX 1070
Ram 8gb DDR3-1333Mhz
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3
PSU Corsair CX750M

If somebody could help me identify the problem that would be great because I can't seem to figure it out anymore.

No I started happening after I installed the GTX 1070.. I also just double checked everything already and all connectors are where they should be and fit perfectly.

Not an answer but after 5 months of having my RX580 I’m getting the same problem... tried almost everything changing PCIE lanes, cables, -20% power, CPU Underclocking, cleaning, replacing RAMs. I’ll see if it is a bad gpu but I think it’s my “old” psu also 3 years old but the problem might as well be in the MB... !? Oh my gosh

I would suggest either testing your Gpu's in another computer and seeing if it happens then again.
OR
Testing your computers with a different power supply.

If a computer shuts down and re starts straight away usually its the psu or the gpu from my experience.
