I'm looking to replace my noisy stock cooler that came with my i5-6500. Plus I'd like something that looks nicer in my case as well. The stock cooler works well keeping the temps low but is quite noisy especially under load. I really don't want to spend a ton of money for a cooler being used on a locked CPU. At the same time I don't want a quieter cooler that runs to hot either.
Any ideas on a cooler for a i5-6500 around $20usd or so? I know the CM hyper 212 but I'd like something a bit smaller if possible.
