The Supernova series units are very very good in terms of reliability and quality. Noise is not an issue with them unless there is some other issue.

Choose the G2 or G3
http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=220-G2-0650-Y1 With a 7 year warranty if you do hear coil whine or other suspect noise in a few years EVGA will replace it. I'd not buy it from their site but I would remember to register it. Not sure what wattage you need but Amazon is usually cheaper than they are.
