Hello,
I have AMD Phenom II x6 1090t and MSI 890GXM motherboard with 8Gb Team 1333bus RAM, from the beginning 2011, I am facing a lot of trouble on this PC.

Like:
1. the performance is not satisfactory because sometimes is stuck and go again.

2. on HDD it is creating bad sector because I replace HDD 3 times with new HDD for the bad sector.

I don't know what to do. I need some suggestion that what to do to get best performance.....

should i use SSD as HDD OR HDD 7200RPM? should i replace any cooling technology?

I don't know but I want to use this CPU.

Please Help.

Solution
Make sure you have latest BIOS version first. Bad sectors can happen because of power, either PSU itself or bad power or data cable connections/cables.
Keep a tab on temperatures, that will show you if you need better cooling.
