Debugg code 15 and beep short and discontinuu

GA-Z87X-UD4H : when I changed i7-4770 CPU i7 4790k , two memory banks no longer work, two works , appeared beep code error 15 and discontinuous. How can solve the problem

do you know what version of BIOS your running ? F4 ? F5 ?

it leads me to asking why 15? as it shows it to be 15 Pre-memory North-Bridge initialization is started.
I would start with a pair of memory stick and see if it boots or not , then try the other pair.

GA-Z87X-UD4H
F3 motherboard BIOS was.
I put the CPU i7-4790k.
Appeared code 15 error beep short and discontinuous.
I updated BIOS F9.
The same error.
I put back i7-4770.
The same error.
I reset the bios and the same error.
Memory no longer work in banks 2 and 4. In banks 1 and 3 works.
