Basically, I couldnt see the driver in This PC so I went into disk management and allocated it and gave it a letter. When I do that, it appears in This PC and I can copy stuff in it, however, when I boot the PC again, it dissapears again from This PC and when I check disk management its online and its there but it doesnt have a letter assigned to it but for some reason it doesnt appear in This PC and nor any other program can detect it such as Steam for example.

I guess its because its not formatted, but it wouldnt make sense because i check the quick format box every time in disk managament. Any help ?

Could you please post a screenshot of your Disk Management in Windows via Imgur here, so that I can see how exactly your internal HDD is listed there? I suspect that the issue could be caused by a failed connectivity to the drive itself. In order to determine whether this is the source of the issue or not, I'd advise you to swap the SATA cable and the SATA port on the mobo where the HDD is connected. If you have access to another working PC, try plugging the drive there as a secondary one as well and see how it will get detected. Make sure you backup any important data from it beforehand to avoid any potential data loss.

Keep me posted with the troubleshooting!
