tnx.. now i know that ddr2 max memory is upto 4GB ONLY ! can i ask another question ? how can i enable dual channel mode using 2 same brand ddr2 sticks.. which is kingston but different MHZ i think ? im not quite sure but i think my mobo selects the optimal frequency

You can't "enable" dual channel yourself as such (eg by changing a BIOS setting).

Dual channel function is automatic provided that the requirements regarding the two RAM modules are met, ie you need to buy and install a matched pair to guarantee dual channel function

A matched pair are identical in brand, capacity, specification & part number.

If dual channel isn't working it's your mis-matched RAM modules that are not allowing it to work.
