Which motherboard should I choose B150 or Z170?

I'm wondering which mobo should I choose:

- Gigabyte B150M-D3H
- Gigabyte Z170M -D3H

The difference beetwen the two is 35$ (30€, or 27GBP). I will use it with an i7 6700 non K CPU, and with a GTX1070 for gaming. I don't want to OC, but my RAM is set to 2400 mhz, which would be use only by the Z170.

What do you think will the Z170 +35$ worth it?

I'd get the Z170...its generally a better board. But it's up to you as it's your 35 bucks.

get b150 as you cant really take advantage of the z170 board and it will save some money, unless you plan to change to a 'k' CPU in the future and want the ability to do so.

while not overclocking his CPU he does have faster ram then the b150 can't support but the z170 can. For that reason alone I would spend the extra 35 dollars on the board...but again its his cash so it up to him if that is worth it.

for the quicker ram, i wouldnt pay 30dollars extra as there isnt much difference in performance
