Sorry for my English

Mobo: Asrock H170 Pro4/Hyper

i7-6700 non K

I pressed X when booting windows to activate "Sky OC" (automatic stable overclock settings by Asrock). My CPU then ran constantly at ~3734MHz, but tested with cinebenchR15 only gained 5 more points, maximum CPU temp is 45C:

Before press X: 804

After press X: 809

Here are the BIOS settings, CPU-Z, HWinfo64:

Please help, I spent 48$ to by a cooler for OC but was disappointed with the results.

Well I would not suggest buying a cooler to try and overclock a locked cpu on a locked motherboard. You are not going to get a 10% performance increase in cinebench unless you push your clocks quite a bit farther than 3.7ghz which like I said may be hard to do with your setup.

Well yeah that cpu will turbo up to 4ghz on its own, you likely wont see any meaningful improvement until you venture past 4.0ghz which may be hard to do using the blck method on a locked i7. You are just raising the base clock, which will only help marginally with performance until you exceed 4.0ghz.

But the Asrock supporter told me that, after pressing X, my score would be higher by 10%. He suggested me buying a cooler for that.
