I have intel core i3 processor ,intel hd graphics 4000 and 4gb RAM ... Can I play fifa 17 on this lap top ?

You might be able to play it on the very lowest of settings and resolution, but I suspect it wouldn't be very enjoyable.

My lap top plays PES 16 on low graphics and play call of duty: black ops.. do you still think that fifa 17 will not be enjoyable on my lap top ?

Minimum system requirements are a little higher for FIFA 17. I think the only way to know for sure is to actually try it.
