build is a mini-itx solution currently using stock AMD heat sink and fan.

also I want to purchase an aftermarket cooling solution, could someone recommend a low profile quit design that has great cooling capabilities?

thank you for any help i really appreciate it

then your temperatures are fine. I do recommend that you make sure there is plenty of air circulation through the ITX case. ITX cases are meant to be small and because of this the heat is confined to a small area and needs plenty of ventilation through the case to move cool air in and hot air out.
please download AMD overdrive and under the CPU tab is the thermal margin. Do a stress test while watching this temperature. IF it reaches 0°C then your CPU will start to throttle the core frequency to cool it off. IF it does not reach 0°C your temperatures are fine.
