Where are the pins for the power switch on this thing?

I just purchased a second hand lga1155 motherboard from the brand ECS, but I have no idea where the power switch should be plugged in. Here is a link of the manual for anyone that would like to lend me a hand. http://download.ecs.com.cn/dlfileecs/manual/mb/H61H2-MV/H61H2-MV%20V1.0.pdf

There's an array of pins labeled F_Panel in the bottom right, above the PCIe slot. It doesn't say which pins do what, but the best way to find out is to drag a piece of metal, like a USB, along the sides (touching any 2 pins) until you find the two that makes it turn on. Once it turns on, make sure to pull out the piece of metal, as the power and HDD pins will have power and if shorted, might break something.

If you have some sort of OEM board without documentation, it's basically the only way. And if you're careful nothing will happen.
I hadn't noticed the pinout in the bottom of the manual... kinda stupid putting it away from the board components list...
