Can Dell optiplex 755 run Gtx 770 ?

I have MSI Gtx 770 2 Gb and i am wondering if my PC can run it until i buy all the component for custom pc
Pc spcs:
4Gb ram
intel dual core
305W psu
Zotac Gt610 2gb
Dell manufacture motherboard

NO. The GTX 770 requires a 575W PSU min with 2 x 6-pin connectors. Besides, the card won't fit. The Optiplex 755 requires a single slot card. No room for a double slot card.

The minitower has a non-proprietary PSU, which is the model he has (is the only 755 that has 305w PSU) and you can use PCI-E Raisers to avoid the CPU shroud, just take a look here.

Edit: You'll have to upgrade you're PSU to something like a 550w or 600w but you can do it.
