just upgraded from a AMD Phenom II X2 / R7 250X and there is little to no performance increase
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
GPU: EVGA GTX 950
M/B: FOXCONN ALOE
8GB DDR3 SDRAM
Bios and GPU up to date.
low FPS on many games, 20fps or less sometime
changing settings from low to high and vice versa sees little fps change.
whats going on here?? any help would be appreciated! thanks
