Hey, my current PC's specs are:
i5-4670k
GTX 560 Ti
8GB of DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
PSU - 750W
*Budget - $400-$450
Right now the most important thing for me to change is the GPU, and I'm looking for suggestions that are compatible to my build, thanks! :)

You guys kind of just rushed in without getting the information that is needed to answer this question. What would happen if OP buys one of your recommended cards, overloads his current power supply, and lights his house on fire? We need to know PSU make and model so we can determine PSU quality before we start suggesting video cards.

I stand by my post. We were told by the OP that he has a 750W PSU. All of the stated cards will work fine with a 750W PSU. That the PSU is unstable and may break quicker, is a different problem. If a 200W card overloads a 750W PSU and causes a fire, then that's on the PSU manufacturer, not us, and they'll need a lot of explaining to do, not us.
For $400-$450 the best you can do is a GTX 1070.

I'm not going to argue with you, but I disagree. Let's agree to disagree :)

I always ask for the make and model of the PSU before suggesting high wattage devices like CPUs and video cards. This way, if the power supply is inadequate, it can be replaced before any problems occur. I'm not trying to tell you that your method is wrong, but rather explain how I usually handle these sorts of threads.

I agree that if a 200w card overloads a 750w PSU, then that PSU must be total junk. However, you'll be surprised how many popular PSUs on the market are not capable of properly driving a dedicated video card. Need I remind anyone of the Corsair VS series? Or how many Corsair CX PSUs stopped working, then started flaming when you attempted to jump start outside the system.
