i7 6700K or AMD FX-9590/8370

So, I can't choose a CPU cuz when I look at i7 6700K it has 4-cores (quad-core) and idk if I have to buy i7 OR 9590. I also know that when I want 9590 or 8370 I have to have some water cooling. So I can't choose, wich is better ? Is CPU better when it has more cores or MHz ? Or is i7 just the best ?

The i7 is by far the better cpu. Core for core it is much faster than any amd cpu currently out. Core count does tell the whole story. The FX CPUs are five years old, much older and slower architecture than Intel skylake. Skylake i3 dual cores will beat out FX 9xxx CPUs in most games.

The i7 6700k is miles better, don't get the fx series, the platform is dead and already 5 years old, it performs on par with i3's.

Though you might want to wait a bit, the new intel cpus are coming out this month I believe i7 7700k and AMD will release their new zen cpus soon. If you can't wait the i7 6700k is a very good option and will last you for years. You could also look at the i5 6600k.

What graphics card do you have btw?

Now I have crappy AMD HD 6750, but I'm planning to buy GTX 1070 for Christmas and also a 3 monitors. And hey, I have a question for you. Will GTX 1070 MSI and i7 6700K run CS:GO or GTA V with 3 monitors in Nvidia Surround ?
