Should i upgrade my Graphics card or processor first.
I have an AMD Raedon R9 270x and my processor is an AMD FX -8350 Eight-Core Processor.
What should i upgrade first and what to?

I would upgrade your GPU first. Your CPU has plenty of power, and is probably bottle-necked by the GPU. If your budget allows for it, maybe the RX 470, or RX 480 4GB would be your best choice.
