My parents live in an area where the internet service is very limited. They are using the hotspot on a Samsung Galaxy phone for their home internet with a Weboost anntena and signal booster. They have an Insteon wifi camera that needs to be hooked up to a router by a Ethernet cable for the initial set up. Is there an adapter or router that will work for this?

You can use Windows ICS on a PC to share its wifi connection via the Ethernet port.

Alternately, you can use a wireless bridge to provide service to devices requiring a wired connection. Some routers have this as a built-in feature, or you can purchase a device that acts specifically as a bridge.
