Looking to play games on my laptop but don't know if the specs are good enough

I was wondering if my new laptop could run some games.

Games I want to run on it: Call of duty modern warfare 3, Minecraft, CS GO, happy wheels

Here is my PC info:
1.7 GHz A-Series Quad-Core A8
8 GB DDR3L SDRAM
AMD Radeon HD 8510G graphics
Windows 8.1

yeah you should be able to run those, granted not on ultra 1080p, but if youre alright with lowering setting and MAYBE resolution you should be fine.
