Is my graphics card not getting enough power or is it the graphics card the problem?

I just got a new pc yesterday and when i lauched CSGO with my gtx 1060 the game opened fine then i joined a game and my two monitors turned off but i could still hear the soud i would like to know if the problem is that i need a better PSU or if the graphics card is defective? thx for any help :)
 
Solution
Try under clocking the card. Mine did exactly that and I had to underclock it by ~100mhz to keep it stable. If that fixes it you have a solid case to RMA the card (even if it doesn't you should open a ticket with the manf).

As for the PSU, if you have a ~500w+ PSU you should be fine.
