Using two different ram

Hi all
Ive got asus m4n68tm le v2 morherboard previously i hadonly 2 gb of ddr3 1333mhz ram now i bought 4 gb crucial 1600mhz ram so can i use both sticks on my motherboard?

In most cases yes, you can do that but the ram will run at the lowest speed of your RAM e.g it will run @1333MHz in your case. But I recommend not to mix two different RAMs. If you still insist go ahead they should work
