I've noticed that when I play games my fps and gpu usage would suddenly drop (20-30fps 5%-19% usage) and cpu usage would rise to 50%-60%.
My specs:
Windows 8.1 64 bit
i7-6700k 4.00ghz
Gtx 980
16gb ddr4 3000mhz
Corsair h100i
I've tried reinstalling the drivers and setting gpu to maximum performance but nothing works. Hope some of you might help me.
