Can gigabyte h61m-ww will support intel i5 2320 3.0 ghz processor in all aspect (socket and tdp of the processor) ?

1. both are LGA 1155, both can handle memory speeds up 1333mhz so it seems fine to me so far
2. I see 1 PCI x16 slot on that board and the GTX750ti uses PCIE
I also looked closer in eth specification of the motherboard and found

There is no gigabyte mobo in the compatibility list of my cpu on ark.intel site. Actually i bought an asus h61m-cs mobo few days back but when i installed it, it says "this cpu is not supported."
I found later that asus h61m-cs supports cpu upto 77 tdp but my cpu have 95 tdp. It is a disastrous combination. So i wasted 4000 bucks for nothing.
I want to know if this gigabyte mobo can support upto 95 tdp or not?

That's because the official Intel websites only list their own motherboards, not third-party ones.
How the heck do you expect Intel to keep track of all the motherboards from other manufacturer's as well as it's own!
