I currently have Microsoft Office 10 on my Windows Vista laptop that has a 32 bit processor. I want to remove it and install it into a different laptop that has a 64 bit CPU and is running Windows 7 Professional.
I have the license code for MS Office 10.
My question is, what website should I download the 64 bit version from?

The current laptop is a Toshiba Windows Vista Home Premium A205 32 bit.
The new one is a HP EliteBook 8460p Windows professional 64 bit.

As EchohcE said, it depends on the license.
If it is OEM license (they exist for office too) then it is tied to that computer.
If it is normal license, it is for the media it was shipped with, 32 bit. you cannot use it as 64 bit.

There is no reason why you can't install 32 bit office on 64 bit OS though if the license is normal and not OEM.

I think you'll have to pay for the different version, but I'm not sure how Microsoft is handling that nowadays. Otherwise, if you have the product key, you should be able to just reinstall on the different computer.
