Hi,

I have an issue with my computer, when gaming, it shuts down and won't restart until I unplugged the cord and put it back in.

Little history: I bought my pc 4-5 years ago, didn't change any pieces. Everything was working fine but had difficulties playing game due to my Nvidia Gt 610. 2 months ago, I upgraded to Nvidia Gtx 1060, played Occulus rift's games and my computer shutted down. Since that upgrade, my computer shut down.

Sometimes, my gpu have a high temp, sometimes not, sometimes my Cpu (AMD FX-4100) have a high temp, sometimes not. So i'm guessing it's not a temp issue. I cleaned all my computer removing all pieces, even inside the power supply, switched the power cord, runned a memtest, all my fans are working (but are somehow loud), I've checked if my power supply had enough voltage for my build (500w).

Next time it crashes i'm going to put back my Gt 610 to see if it continues on crashing.

If you have other options on what I can do to solved my issue it would be really appreciated!

Note: My pcu is at 100% usage when gaming

Thank you!

The max i saw my cpu was 69, gpu dont remember but i think in the 70s. I didnt change my power supply but looked in many sites to know compatibility and should be fine not home right now so can't tell what is the brand/model.

How Can i check Temperature or under powered / unstable power supply?

Notice after listing that the fans of my gpu start and stop each 2sec

Thanks!!

So uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing (but learn that it's the drivers that make my fans stopping)

my gpu clock goes to 2000mhz
My Mem Clock goes to 4000mhz

Dont know if that can help
